System requirements
Any PC that ran GunZ in its prime runs this.
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
- A DirectX 9 capable graphics card
- About 500 MB of free disk space
- An internet connection the first time the launcher patches
First launch
The patch is the slow part, not the install.
- The launcher verifies every file and downloads only what is missing or out of date.
- A fresh install takes a few minutes; after that it usually opens straight away.
- Keep the launcher updated — it is what applies client and map patches.
If something goes wrong
These cover almost every case.
- Windows SmartScreen may warn about an unsigned program: choose More info, then Run anyway.
- If the launcher stalls while patching, an antivirus or firewall is the usual cause — allow the launcher through it.
- If the game opens to a black screen, update your graphics driver and try again.
